Charleville-Mézières

2nd September 2017

There are so many charming places close to where I live. Last Sunday I discovered Charleville-Mézières in the north of France, near the Belgian border. The town is known for being the birthplace of the poet Rimbaud. It’s a place where life moves at a different pace… museums close for two hours at noon and waiters are not in a rush. Perfect for a relaxing day out.
