London August

My eighth trip to London this year – I had an amazing time. London during summer is just the best.

Mr Doodle at work

Isabella Blow by Nobel and Webster

Inside the Apollo Theatre where I saw Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with Sienna Miller and Jack O’Connell. By coincidence (if coincidences exist) I sat next to someone from Luxembourg who I hadn’t seen for more than 20 years.

King’s Cross Station

Portobello Road

At Selfridges

View from Galvin at Windows Bar (London Hilton on Park Lane)

Dinner at Nobu Old Park Lane. I had exactly the same food as l did in June, starting off with tuna tacos.

Shrimp tempura

Fresh salmon roll

Shrimp spicy garlic

Baileys at The Rivoli Bar (The Ritz)

Visiting the Natural History Museum. I thought that it was my first visit ever but at some point I realised that I had been there before.

Quick shopping stop at Harrods before flying home

Looks like you had a lovely visit! London is one of my favorite cities. A friend of mine who lives in London says it's been quite cool there this summer which must be nice.

Isn't it funny how you can visit the same city over and over, and always have something new to see/share? Looks like you had again a great time. Living precariously through you every time you visit this beautiful city 😛

    Anouk,
Such beautiful photos and how lucky to visit London so often this year! It's actually very inspiring to me that you make a point to travel so much. I love it too and tend to do a few big trips each year, but I'm aching to do more frequent smaller trips like yours.

Your street scenes are awesome! My favorite is the china shop… did you buy anything there?

I didn't get anything as it would have been too risky carrying it in a suitcase on a plane…
