    I am not sure but it was like ice cream or a solid mousse with fruits. Difficult to explain but it tasted good.

    I used to stay at the Sofitel when I worked in Luxembourg – love that hotel. I must say I've never seen a dessert quite like the fresh apple with cucumber and mint – it looks so drool-worthy!

    These beautiful dishes are amazing pieces of plate art! I especially love that "apple". It had the appearance of a toffee apple but the photo of the layers show how intricately constructed it is
