HP Sprocket: shoot & print

The other day I thought about getting an instant camera but as they are quite bulky and heavy, I found a more efficient device to print mini photos on the go: the HP Sprocket.

You simply take photos with your mobile phone and the HP Sprocket app then sends them to the printer via bluetooth...

.... and the Sprocket pops out your 7.6 cm x 5 cm photos after a few seconds only. How cool is that?

More details about the HP Sprocket
  • About the size of a mobile phone
  • Charged via a removable USB cable but doesn't have to be connected in order to print
  • The photo sheets are sticky-backed (peel off back and use photos as stickers)
  • Ultra portable and ideal to use when out with friends or travelling
  • Works without ink

The HP Sprocket is, in my opinion, a handy device. I was surprised to see how fast the photos are printed and it's also nice to choose, whether you want to keep them as photos or use them as stickers. The photo quality is good given the size of the device. The colour tone is not exactly the same when looking at the photo before printing but I like the result with the added retro touch. Find out more about the HP Sprocket here

The HP Sprocket was gifted to me by HP Belgium in exchange for an honest review
