New beauty products

Today I'm sharing with you my latest beauty acquisitions: I got this all-in-one sponge kit by Sephora. I recently tried the beauty blender to apply liquid foundation (see my post here) and I have been super happy with it. It was the kind of product that I thought I'd try once and wouldn't like despite many recommendations. I was completely wrong! I realised that it's a much more convenient tool than brushes. Now, as I liked the shapes of these sponges, I thought that I'd give them a try. If they are not as good as the beauty blender, I will revert back to that one.

I rebought the Sephora Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover. This size is very handy for travelling.

The Givenchy Teint Couture foundation and the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum are rebuys too. I used these a couple of years ago, tried other products in the meantime but thought it would be nice to use these ones again.

I have decided that my favourite Chanel lipstick range is Rouge Allure. I went for a new intense red shade this time: 104 Passion.

As I have run out of masks, I randomly selected a few by Sephora. I am curious to try the hand, lip and eye masks as until now I've only ever used the face masks.

I wasn't looking for a primer but the Step 1 Skin Equalizer by Make Up For Ever caught my eye and I had to get it.

Last but not least, a little gift that I received from Sephora: a pochette with sample products.

  5. Recently tried some of the Makeup Forever primers, the peach one is a game-changer, try it if you like the sound of it! It makes my skin look so much more even and pretty without any makeup. Amazing! Great products, thanks for sharing. Xx

  10. It's great to hear you speak so positively about beauty blenders, I've also been fairly skeptical - though it sounds as though it's time for me to try one! :)

  12. This haul is so nice! Estee Lauder serum and Rouge Allure are really great and the masks must be really good! The sponge triggers the same feelings for me, but since you said you had those feelings and later liked the sponge, I want to give it a try now!

  15. Yes I was the same way. I didn't get all the hype around the BB until I tried it and I'm such a convert now. No way I could go back to brushes
