Polar A300 fitness tracker


I have finally given in and got myself a fitness watch! The Polar A300 lets me track my steps, workouts, sleep quality and reminds me to move after a period of inactivity. It's really an eye-opener as it has made realise that I need to be more active to reach my daily activity goals. 

I have paired the watch with the Polar Flow app on my iPhone, which allows me to get a clear and detailed overview of my fitness stats. I will keep using the watch as it's very useful and makes me focus more on my health. The only con is that it's quite bulky but I guess that if I keep wearing it for a few more weeks, I will have fully got used to it. To find out more about the Polar A300, click here

  6. It's nice to be more proactive about our health... and you're right that we probably all need more activity in our lives. What did you find out about your sleep? I think that would be the most interesting part for me to learn about myself.
