Homemade Sunday brunch

Yesterday I had my friend K over for Sunday brunch. I do many things last minute and in this case as well, I only planned the menu the day before. But I found tasty dishes on The Londoner's blog and my guest was very happy with what I served.
I prepared these brioche rolls by filling them with gruyère, mushrooms, cream and eggs.
As a 'green' element I served a salad with avocado, tofu, goat cheese, croutons and mustard vinaigrette.
This is what the brioche rolls looked liked after 20 minutes in the oven.
It was really tasty but next time I will try to find larger rolls.
For the sweet part I baked croissants. I filled them with Nutella and nuts.
I didn't get the rolling quite right and the final result looked a bit clumsy.
They look a bit like the heads of dogs, don't you think?

Have a great week!
