Back in Lux

Just a very short post to say that I've been very busy since my return to Lux. I've been getting back into a daily life routine, going to work and even to the gym to work off the extra pounds that I've gained during my holidays.

Today is a special day because I had my braces removed after having them for more than a year and a half! That's the good news. The not so good news are that I have now a permanent retainer for my lower teeth. I will also have to wear a dental tray for my upper teeth every night for the next two years, plus three hours during the day. But least I have straight teeth now and hopefully I will soon be able to get the Lumineers that I have been wanting for so long.

I had the pictured cheesecake at GĂ©rard Cayotte this morning between dental appointments. Another piece to work off at my next gym session!

  4. Woohoo for getting braces off! I remember having to wear a retainer, I've got to say I didn't comply 100% with the instructions...
