Fab hosted another "fab dinner" last night and it was full of nice surprises. We started off with caramelized onions on gorgonzola toasts and mini tomato parsley puff pastries.
The starter: delicious mozzarella aubergine tower.
The main course: a piece of sesame-crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and salad.
Dessert: pannacotta with strawberries.
