Did you feel safe there? My husband proposed me many times to go to Morocco but I have to say I don't feel it as a safe destination nowadays.

    1. I have been in Marrakesh and I loved it, I recommend it! You just need to be a bit careful with ur handbag/mobile.. but they are used to many tourists and things are fine, not much different to other tourist destinations, you have more probabilities to get your wallet or mobile stolen in Las Ramblas (Barcelona) than in Morocco, just be always careful with your things.

I invite you to see my posts of Marrakesh on my blog

    2. Hi Corie, I felt safe when I was there. Some people who try to approach you, need to be set straight but other than that, it was fine. If you travel with your husband, there is nothing to worry about.

  20. Morocco is such a beautiful and colourful country. They have so many local talents. The carpets are exquisite. I wish to go back there one day.

  21. Morocco looks like an interesting place! My friends told me that they spent a lot of money there though. It was really shocking to me, as it looks quite poor there. What are your impressions about this?

    1. Like in any place, there are financially wealthier and poorer people. There are luxury hotels and shops; so if you hang around there, it's quite easy to spend small fortunes :)

  22. All of these pictures are postcard/calender worthy! I love the colours. Morocco feels like a jewel that is hidden afar (from me at least). Thank you for sharing these beautiful images with us! <3

  26. Amazing photography. Morocco is beautiful but I've read somewhere that its not safe to go on holiday there on your own especially for a girl. Is this true?

  35. Wow, it feels and looks like a different world. Or a different time. Like a mesh of Europe and something old world and rugged. Which is absurd really because geographically it is in Africa and right at the top beside Europe, naturally it is going to resemble it lol. I can't tell you how much I've been dying to visit Morocco. It's been a dream of mine for so many years, alongside Machu Picchu
