so true! :) if we keep on setting goals for ourselves only on the 1st of January, we are only procrastinating
I agree! Last year I started a gym routine for 5 months! I was satisfied with the results, but the only thing that I didn't like about it, was that it was so boring! I stopped it and now I am waiting to graduate and to have more spare time to start some kind of sport that would be interesting to me. I don't make NY resolutions anymore; if you want to change something, you can change it anytime. Great article!
I'm totally agree with you!My last post: Avon super Extend MascaraShopping Girls

Thats why I didnt make resolutions as well! Totally agree with you Anouk, this would be my mantra also for this year!:) Great article, a very nice reading. Happy weekend! xo
Agree very much. I have stopped making resolutions way way back when my life turned around 360 degrees. I set goals. And it seems I achieve them. It's true, don't wait for 1 Jan. I make changes or improvements based on how I feel and what works and what doesn't. You'll know when it's time :) P.S. So lovely, we have the same camera :D
Such a lovely post! Great resolutions!xxcvetybaby.com

I agree with you, and spoke about this in my last post, as I don't usually make new year's resolutions, just practical goals regardless of the time of the year are best for me.Prints and Patterns
I am with U!♥
Great column. I usually don't make new years resolutions because I never keep it. Important for me is to stay health and nothing more.

Congrats! what a great article. i agree. you have to be ready, whether the calendar says jan 1 or may 1
I agree with your article. The important thing is to have an action plan to back up the resolution. Otherwise, it just remains a resolution that is broken. Have a wonderful weekend.
What a beautiful post and article! Congratulations on your column. It was a lovely read and very motivational.
Always 100%! If someone is serious and wanting to make lifestyle changes, they will begin anytime and work for it. x
While I agree with the fact that you should be able to make resolutions anytime of the year, I do like to reflect very much on the lessons I have learnt through the year that has just passed and this time of the year just like September (in fond memory of the old school days) are times that I like to recenter on the things that are most important for me. I may not always manage to achieve all of my resolutions but it's always helped me to work my best at it so for me, it works. On a sidenot, congratulations for the publication, I love your writing !
