My family is fairly unadventurous when it comes to picking restaurants. Once they've found a place that they like, they will only eat there, sometimes even several times a week, and it seems that no other alternative exists.
This is how we found ourselves for the umpteenth time having family dinner at Anima e Cuore on Saturday.
I had bruschetta and garlic king prawns because pizza or pasta would have been too heavy for dinner.
I had a piece of someone else's dessert: omelette norvégienne, which translated into English means Norwegian omelette but is interestingly known as Baked Alaska in the US.
I received a late Christmas gift: a voucher to shop at Paris 8!
Now I wonder whether our next family lunch or dinner will take place at the same restaurant or not... Watch this space.
