My busy Friday

So Friday started with outfit pics and then Carmen and I had a coffee at Amorino in Luxembourg City. I ordered these macarons only for the sake of this photo. But we did eat them at the end!

I was then off to lunch with a childhood friend at Dimmi Si (part of the chain), an Italian restaurant in Mersch. I had a deliziosa salad and my friend ordered the tortellini. The salad tasted as nice as it looked.

After lunch I went back to Luxembourg City to meet with the lovely Monika to take outfit photos for her blog. Here we are at Oscar's testing the selfie function of my Sony mirrorless camera. I then headed to House 17 for a quick drink and rest before going to the private view of the Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg, where a large number of Luxembourg artist were exhibiting their work.

After the art exhibition, I had dinner with K at Alfa Brasserie. The interior reminded me a lot of Brasserie Zédel in London.
I ate Penne à la crème de tartufata, amertume de roquette et copeaux de parmesan. Very delicious and so filling.
For dessert I drank a jasmine tea.

Alfa Brasserie offers a very beautiful and unique setting. It was a bit sad that there weren't that many diners out on a Friday night. I would eat there again though.

Friday was an absolute killer as well as the rest of the weekend. I am looking forward to resting on Monday.
