Visitors from Vietnam

Top 2 worst selfie ever... Number 1 being the one I took on Monday... Yesterday I attended an event at the Youth Hostel in Luxembourg City to meet official visitors from Vietnam. They were here to establish the possibility for Luxembourg couples to adopt children from Vietnam. F and I who are adopted (from India, respectively South Korea) had been invited.
Every year a large group of young Vietnamese come to Luxembourg to study at the hotel school in Diekirch. They were also present and we shared a table with them. They were really nice, full of energy and good fun!
R, who supervises the students, gave us a Luxembourg - Vietnam pin at the end of the evening. I'm glad I went and now I am considering visiting Vietnam at some point.

  4. It is very nice to meet other people from other countries and to welcome them in your Country. I heard that Vietnam is an interesting place to visit and their food is delicious too.

  5. That's a lovely event to attend. And it's so heartwarming that you're in touch with your roots and happy to assist those who could possibly be in the same situation. Have a lovely weekend!
