On Tuesday I had dinner with Claire and Philippe whom I've know since secondary school. I can't even remember when the three of us last had dinner together.
We met at Mia Zia, where not too long ago I ate with Phil and his cousin.
'The social media whore' as Claire kindly labelled me during our dinner. Nice friend, eh?
I liked these fried courgettes that we were given as a starter.
Claire had the risotto...
... and I ate penne all'arrabbiata.

As you know, every year I help at the International Bazaar to sell gifts for charity. On Thursday I was invited to a thank you reception at the Russian Embassy. For this special occasion I asked for big hair at the hairdresser's. Together with getting my roots redone, it took 3.5 hours! The result was nice for a change but my straight hair is much easier to manage in daily life.
After an impressive violin concert by Alena Baeva, the guests were treated to beautifully presented finger food.
I kept eating the mushroom and cheese puffs on the two left plates.
A little selfie with my Russian friend Y. I left the party 'early' since I had to get up early the next morning to catch a 6.30 am flight to Copenhagen. My next posts will be about that trip.
