Star of Himalaya (Dudelange)

Those of you who have been following my blog for a while know by now that I'm a big fan of Indian food. My friend K and I have kind of made it our mission to try out every Indian restaurant in Luxembourg.

On Friday, we tested Star of Himalaya, which recently opened in Dudelange. K, who is a vegetarian like me - even stricter, since she doesn't eat fish - ordered a slightly sweet tasting vegetable dish. I had, as always, prawns tandoori masala. The food was very good, although my prawns could have been a bit more crispy.

We couldn't help but notice that many meal deliveries were taking place. K had explained to me that their website allowed you to place orders online. Yes, we are 2013 but in Luxembourg this is a novelty!

Google+ Page vs. Profile
If you have been following my blog via its Google+ page, please note that I have deleted it. I have to admit that I find Google+ quite difficult to get used to and having the page and a personal profile wasn't making it any easier. I don't have this issue with Facebook, but maybe that's because I've been using it for the past six years. But I digress. So I'm only left with my Google+ profile, where I will now share links to my latest blogs posts. If Google+ is your preferred way of keeping in touch, you can add me to your circles by clicking here

  1. I did not know you are a vegetarian! You know I have never tried Himalayan food! I'm imaging reading at your blog and photos they are similar to Indiana food? I don't mind trying though, if I can find any here that is lol

    1. There are a few Indian expats but I think that the restaurants cater mainly for the locals and other expats.
