FlashForward

I usually look back and write about things that have recently happened. Since you are currently up-to-date, I thought that for a change I'd briefly list some of my near future travel plans.

This weekend I am off to Paris for a much needed change of decor. I am planning on visiting a couple of exhibitions, do some window shopping and meet up with friends.

In a couple of weeks I will be travelling to Scotland for a long weekend. During the six years that I lived in London, I never made it up north. I am really curious to discover Edinburgh and Glasgow!

In order to escape the dark autumn days, I will spend nine days in California. I am going on road trip, visit national parks and spend a few days in Los Angeles before going home.

I have already booked two trips for early 2014. In January I will stay four days in Vienna. I have been to Austria twice but I have never had the chance to visit its capital.

For March I have planned a three-day weekend trip to London. I am looking forward to seeing Franz Ferdinand in concert and enjoying nearing spring in my former hometown.

What are your future plans?

I am going to Asia next month mostly for family reunion purpose and a wedding to attend in Hong Kong. I would love to visit Europe in 2014, that's something in the planning for sure :)

  10. Was in Vienna in May this year en route to Salzburg, and I enjoyed my stay there very much. The buildings are amazing and Vienna's very clean. Featured it on my page. Don't forget to have a schnitzel and sacher torte at the Sacher Hotel :) Future plans for me are Berlin before the year ends, Dubai again early next year to visit my new nephew, and not sure where my whim takes me next after :) Have a lovely weekend !

  14. All these traveling plans sound delightful! Paris being my most envious destinations ;) Enjoy it to the max, its lovely this time of the year & Scotland sounds great too in the fall, I've gone too many times to Aberdeen for work that I'd love to also see Edinburgh & Glasgow. On our side, we are quiet till November when we head to Lisbon & maybe 1 week in The Canary island if I'll be fit to fly then...expecting our first baby & already 19 weeks pregnant ;)
