Take five VII

This was a Christmas gift to myself: a Diptyque Baies candle.

When I was in Paris earlier this month, I had dinner at Moutarde Street twice. Shortly before driving back home, I shared this fried food feast with my friend.

Unfortunately smoking in public places is not entirely banned in Luxembourg. I'm thankful to have found this very efficient hair refresher spray from Sephora.

I try not to accumulate stuff at home but last year I found myself building a Ladurée box collection. More to be added this year!

The King's Cake (galette des rois) is only available at the beginning of January. A small figurine is hidden inside. The person who gets the piece with the figurine receives a golden paper crown (delivered with the cake) and is crowned King or Queen.

  1. I love candles! About smoking - I'm glad that in Bulgaria it is banned everywhere. However it's good to have one of this hair refresher spray in your bag.

  27. I remember when I lived in France, I found the charm in my slice of galette and wore the crown - lovely tradition! I don't eat a lot of fried food but would make an exception here as the plate looks so appetising and what a cute collection of Ladurée boxes.
