  12. You said it, Italy has it all, I agree. All the pictures look spectacular, so you would recommend a trip to Bologna? To be honest I dont know alot about the city, apart that it is popular with students.
Btw I am sure that we will be seeing so many other food pics, you are in Italy after all :)

    1. Yes, I would recommend a trip. I'd say 1-2 days should be sufficient though.

  14. I've never been to Bologna nor Saint Petersburgh but the architecture looks indeed breathtaking! And the way you feel about Italy (it has it all) is the way I feel about France! Although I do prefer Italian food (did I just say that?) I am a sucker for everything french! Champagne, Bordeaux, Brie, Chanel, Celine, Yves Saint Laurent, Paris, Saint Tropez, etc!!!

    1. Interesting point of view! Maybe I don't feel the same way because I live 10 minutes drive from France, learned the language from an early age on and grew up watching French TV daily... But I do appreciate Chanel, brie and champagne! xo

  28. I'm enjoying your grand tour so much! What a great restaurant recommendation - the tortelloni looks like my kind of dish. Your lovely post (Day 3 I think) which mentioned the Lido reminded me about my visit as a child to the nearby Sottomarina - happy memories suddenly came flooding back to me!
